Lifelong Learning Self-Assessment Tool
How Does It Work?
Your Personal Learning Plan directs you to information on training opportunities and resources listed in the Training Opportunities and Resources modules of the LLLP website. It allows you to keep a record of training that you intend to access. As well, your Personal Learning Plan helps you keep track of training you have accessed.
To gain the maximum benefit from your plan, take some time to read through the descriptions of the available training. Then choose one or two training opportunities to explore more thoroughly. Finally, choose the one that aligns most closely with your training needs and interests to begin your training. You are on the road to Lifelong Learning!
Here is an example of the template for a Personal Learning Plan. The plan will indicate whether the skill sets you identified are high interest/need, medium interest/need or future interest/need. It will also provide links to where you can find training in these selected areas.
